Return & Exchange Policy

At L’ABC Des Locs, we want you to love everything you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit under the conditions outlined below. Our goal is to ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience and finds the perfect products for their locs care routine.
EXCHANGE PERIOD
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges after this 14-day period.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
To qualify for an exchange, all items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept any opened or used products.
MERCHANDISE (APPAREL) EXCHANGES
For apparel items such as t-shirts, long sleeves, or hoodies, exchanges are accepted for size adjustments or alternate designs of equal value within the same 14-day period. If you prefer, we can issue a store credit equal to the value of your item, which you may use toward a future purchase.
HAIR ACCESSORIES
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate an exchange, please email us with your order number and details of your request. Once approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging and include your name and order number inside the package.
Mail your item to the address provided after your exchange request is approved. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
If your package requires customs documentation, please clearly mark it as a “Return” to avoid additional fees. Any customs or duty fees incurred may be deducted from your store credit.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us with photos of the damaged product, and our team will review your request. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the item.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
CANCELING ORDERS
Orders are automatically processed within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
